Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I get help from the MeetToMatch staff?

Find our booth at the Netherlands Pavilion (Hall 4.1, Booth A021g – B030g) where our team is available to answer your questions.

You can also send an email to info@nullmeettomatch.com any time during the event, or give us a call at +31 6 36 15 51 18

Where can I see my meeting locations?
The location of your upcoming meeting will be visible on your dashboard 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. You can also find the locations of your meetings any time in the meeting details, and in the daily agenda mail that you will receive on the day of the event.
Where can I have my meetings?
If your meeting is at a ‘Meeting Point’, you can meet your meeting partner there and then move to a public catering or seating area.

Some other meetings could be planned at exhibitor booths, meeting rooms or meeting tables at stands.

I can't find the person I'm supposed to meet!
If you can’t find your meeting partner, first double check the meeting details in the MeetToMatch app/web platform. It could be that there was a last minute change of location, so make sure you are at the right spot.

If you are at the right spot, but can’t find your meeting partner, you can call or email them to connect fast. Their contact details can be found on your Dashboard, and in the meeting details.

How do I reschedule a meeting to a different time?
Click on the ‘reschedule meeting’ button in the confirmed meeting’s details to pick a different time slot. Please note that the other person will have to re-confirm the meeting request.

If you get an error, first change the location of the meeting to your own default meeting location or a meeting point, and then try again. It might be that the orginal location is no longer available at the newly requested time.

How do I reschedule a meeting to a different location?
Click on the ‘change location’ button in the confirmed meeting’s details to pick a different location or to propose your own. The other person will receive an email with the new location. The meeting will stay confirmed.
How do I reschedule a meeting to a different colleague?
Click on the ‘reschedule meeting’ button in the meeting’s details to replace the request to one of your available colleagues.

If you get an error, try to first change the location of the meeting to a place your colleague has access to as well; it might be that the orginal location is no longer available at the newly requested time, or that your colleague has no rights to plan a meeting there.

How do I invite a colleague to my meeting?
You cannot invite a colleague directly in MeetToMatch, but you can share your schedule with them so they know where to be at what time.

You can find the export options underneath your schedule.

Meeting Point Information

Meeting Points are created at the venue for meetings where neither the host or the guest has a booth. When your meeting is at a Meeting Point, it is explicitly mentioned in the location details.

People who are meeting up at a meeting point need to find a place at one of the public meeting areas (such as catering areas).

Meeting Points are located on one of the walls or on the reception deks of the stand mentioned in the location’s details.

Meeting Points can be recognized by this logo:
